Most players will probably be a little tired of establishing Device Uplinks by now, but at the very least, it doesn’t take much effort. For this quest objective, there are eight separate spots where players can establish a device uplink, three each at Tilted Towers and Coney Crossroads and two at Shifty Shafts.
